Apple is not obligated to provide maintenance or support services.
Apple is not liable for any third-party intellectual property claims or user-related issues including:
Product liability claims
Non-compliance with legal/regulatory standards
Consumer protection or similar issues

These terms are between you and Neplify, not Google.
