  • These terms are between you and Neplify, not Apple.
  • Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.
  • You may use the Application only on iOS devices you own/control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.
  • Apple is not obligated to provide maintenance or support services.
  • Apple is not liable for any third-party intellectual property claims or user-related issues including:
  • Product liability claims
  • Non-compliance with legal/regulatory standards
  • Consumer protection or similar issues
  • In the case of warranty failure, you may contact Apple for a refund (if applicable).
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

13. Android – Google

  • These terms are between you and Neplify, not Google.
  • Google is not responsible for the Application or its content.
  • Your use of the Application must comply with Google’s then-current Play Store Terms of Service.
  • Google is not liable for maintenance, support, or legal issues related to the Application.
  • Google is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them.
