Neplify – Terms of Use

By accessing or using Neplify, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Neplify is a global platform created primarily for the Nepali community worldwide, including businesses, organizations, students, professionals, and community members.

Neplify reserves the right to restrict or remove users, businesses, advertisements, or activities that do not align with the purpose, integrity, safety, or standards of the Platform.

Neplify reserves the right to review, remove, suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts, listings, advertisements, or content that violate policies or appear harmful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or suspicious.

5. Fraud and User Safety

Neplify is a public platform and cannot guarantee the authenticity of all users, businesses, or advertisements.

Users are responsible for independently verifying information before engaging in transactions, purchases, bookings, or agreements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Neplify does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, or error-free services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neplify shall not be liable for financial losses, damages, business interruptions, security breaches, scams, user disputes, or third-party conduct arising from use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
