Ads Posting Guidelines for Neplify Users

Neplify is committed to providing a safe, reliable, and trustworthy platform for all users. By posting ads on Neplify, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines. Violation of any rules may result in actions as outlined below.

1. Multiple (Duplicate/Repeat) Ad Posting

Users are not allowed to post more than one similar active ad. “Similar active ads” refer to ads promoting the same product or service, even if they use different text, images, or accounts.

Example:

A user cannot post two ads for "Event management services" or "Food delivery services" under the same category if they offer the same service.

Action: Duplicate ads will be removed.

2. Misleading and Fraudulent Ads

Neplify has zero tolerance for misleading or fraudulent advertisements. The following are considered violations:

• Irrelevant Titles and Prices: Ad titles, prices, and content must be accurate and reflective of the actual offer.
• Example: “Wedding Photography Package for $100” must truly represent what is offered.
• Incorrect Field Usage: Phone numbers and pricing must be entered only in the designated fields—not in the title or description.
• Exaggerated Claims: Terms like “Best deal of the year” or “Limited time offer” must be supported by verifiable proof.
• Inaccurate Pricing: You cannot post an item for $500 and later ask for $600.
• False Product Condition: Used or damaged items cannot be listed as new or flawless.
• Illegal Items: Selling stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited goods is strictly forbidden.
• Misleading or Inappropriate Images: All visuals must directly relate to the item/service and must not be inappropriate or irrelevant.

3. Mis-Categorized Ads

Ads must be posted in the most relevant category. Ads in irrelevant sections may be removed.

Example:

A job listing for a graphic designer should be posted under Jobs & Internship, not under Food or Products.

Action: Users are responsible for correct categorization. If unsure, browse similar ads before posting.

4. Posting Illegal or Morally Obscene Ads

Neplify prohibits the posting of content that violates Canadian law or general moral standards.

Prohibited Content Includes:

• Adult entertainment services (e.g., escort services, explicit massages, pornography)
• Hate speech targeting any group, religion, or individual
• Illegal items such as weapons, narcotics, human organs, or endangered animals
• Intellectual property violations (e.g., pirated content, privacy breaches)

Actions for Violations

If you are found violating any of these rules, Neplify may:

• Immediately remove the offending ad(s)
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently ban your account, depending on the severity
