By accessing or using Neplify, including Neplify Chat and other communication features, you acknowledge and agree to the Community Safety practices described below.

Neplify Chat

Neplify Chat is provided to help users communicate regarding listings, products, services, jobs, accommodations, businesses, organizations, events, and other community activities.

To help maintain a safe and trusted environment, Neplify may monitor, review, analyze, or process messages, reports, and related platform activity where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This monitoring may be used to:

• Detect spam, scams, and fraudulent activity.
• Prevent phishing, impersonation, and identity theft.
• Identify abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior.
• Investigate reports submitted by users.
• Enforce our Terms of Use, Posting Guidelines, and other Platform policies.
• Protect the security, integrity, and reliability of the Platform.

By using Neplify Chat or sending messages through the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to this monitoring for community safety, fraud prevention, platform security, and policy enforcement.

Prohibited Activities

To help maintain a safe and trusted community, the following activities are strictly prohibited on Neplify:

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive activities.
• Fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings or advertisements.
• Impersonating another person, business, or organisation.
• Phishing attempts or requesting passwords, one-time verification codes (OTP), banking information, credit card details, or other sensitive personal information.
• Selling or promoting illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods or services.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
• Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious links.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or personal information.
• Using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws, our Terms of Use, Posting Guidelines, or Community Safety standards.

If you encounter any of the above activities, please report the user, listing, advertisement, or message immediately using Neplify's reporting tools or by contacting our support team.

Neplify reserves the right to investigate reported activities and may remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, restrict access to the Platform, or cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

Stay Safe

For your protection, never share the following information through Neplify Chat or with people you do not know or trust:

• Passwords or login credentials.
• One-time verification codes (OTP).
• Banking or financial information.
• Credit or debit card information.
• Government-issued identification documents.
• Social Insurance Number (SIN), Social Security Number (SSN), passport details, or similar identification numbers.
• Cryptocurrency wallet recovery phrases, private keys, or seed phrases.
• Any sensitive personal, confidential, or financial information.

Neplify will never request your password, OTP, banking information, payment credentials, or ask you to send money through Neplify Chat.

If someone claims to represent Neplify and requests money or sensitive information, do not respond. Please report the conversation immediately.

Payment Safety

Neplify does not provide an online payment system and does not request, collect, process, hold, or facilitate payments between users.

All payments and financial transactions are conducted solely between the parties involved and are entirely at their own risk.

Before making any payment, users should independently verify the identity of the other party and confirm the legitimacy of the listing, product, service, business, job, accommodation, or event.

For your safety:

• Never send money to someone you do not know or trust.
• Never make payments based solely on messages, screenshots, promises, or unverifiable information.
• Verify businesses, listings, and user identities before making payments.
• Whenever practical, meet in a safe public location for in-person transactions.
• Keep records of your communications and transactions.

Neplify is not responsible for payments, financial transactions, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, losses, fraud, scams, or damages arising from interactions between users or third parties.

Fraud and Scam Awareness

Although Neplify actively works to identify and remove fake accounts, fraudulent listings, misleading advertisements, phishing attempts, impersonation, and other suspicious activities, we cannot guarantee that every scam or fraudulent activity will be detected before appearing on the Platform.

Users are encouraged to exercise caution, use good judgment, independently verify information, and avoid making decisions based solely on online communications.

Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you encounter any suspicious user, fake profile, fraudulent listing, misleading advertisement, scam attempt, phishing message, impersonation, abusive behavior, fake business, or any activity that appears unsafe or violates our policies, please report it to Neplify immediately using the available reporting tools or by contacting our support team.

Neplify reviews reports in good faith and may investigate reported content or accounts. Where appropriate, we may remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, permanently terminate access, cooperate with law enforcement where legally required, or take any other action necessary to protect the Platform and its users.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for exercising caution and making informed decisions when communicating or conducting transactions through the Platform.

Before entering into any agreement, making a payment, accepting a job offer, booking accommodations, purchasing products, hiring services, or participating in events, users should independently verify all relevant information and perform appropriate due diligence.

No Guarantee of Safety

While Neplify continuously works to improve the safety and security of the Platform through moderation, reporting tools, automated systems, and community feedback, we cannot guarantee that all users, listings, businesses, advertisements, or communications are genuine, accurate, lawful, or free from fraudulent activity.

Users access and use the Platform at their own discretion and risk.
